<\/p>\n
Nos sorprende que nos sorprenda. La Ley de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico y Transici\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica<\/strong> estableci\u00f3 una serie de objetivos sostenibles para las Islas Baleares<\/strong> el pasado mes de abril. Estos objetivos, que incluyen una penetraci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables de hasta el 35%, tienen como fin no solo contribuir al medioambiente del archipi\u00e9lago sino tambi\u00e9n hacer que se mantenga en el tiempo. (Follow in english below).<\/p>\n Esta contribuci\u00f3n al medioambiente se ha de lograr tambi\u00e9n (evidentemente) mediante la creaci\u00f3n de una red de movilidad el\u00e9ctrica accesible al ciudadano. Es decir, que cualquier persona de a pie pueda tener a su disposici\u00f3n o bien un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico (que no produce gases de efecto invernadero) o bien transporte p\u00fablico o veh\u00edculos compartidos.<\/p>\n Hasta aqu\u00ed todo correcto.<\/p>\n Estas medidas tambi\u00e9n incluyen a las empresas de alquiler de veh\u00edculos el tener al menos un 2% de su flota compuesta por veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. Esto supone a las empresas de las Islas Baleares el tener que adquirir alrededor de 960 veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos lo que supone una inversi\u00f3n de alrededor de 30 millones de \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n El presidente de FENEVAL<\/strong> (Federaci\u00f3n Nacional Empresarial de Alquiler de Veh\u00edculos con y sin conductor), Juan Luis Barahona<\/strong> explica que est\u00e1n totalmente dispuestos a cumplir la ley, pero que, a pesar de que compren estos veh\u00edculos dudan que los clientes alquilen dichos coches al no haber suficientes puntos de recarga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n El problema de la falta de puntos de recarga no es solo un problema en las Islas Baleares, sino en toda Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. Se estima que en todo el pa\u00eds hay alrededor de 2.900 conectores p\u00fablicos<\/strong>, de los cuales solo unos 150<\/strong> se encuentran en el archipi\u00e9lago balear. Esto supone que, a pesar de la iniciativa de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica por promover el veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico y la inversi\u00f3n de la empresa privada al distribuirlo de poco sirve si tenemos en cuenta lo poco viable que es para el consumidor final.<\/p>\n Ante este problema, el gobierno balear pretende haber instaurado 500 puntos de recarga<\/strong> a finales de este a\u00f1o e incluso apoyar la instalaci\u00f3n de estos puntos de forma privada. Sin embargo, desde FENEVAL se quejan de que no solo tiene que haber muchos m\u00e1s puntos de recarga (lo cual es un razonamiento l\u00f3gico) si no que adem\u00e1s la ubicaci\u00f3n de los mismos<\/strong> debe ser variada y estrat\u00e9gica. Esto se debe a que su cliente medio no tiene el h\u00e1bito de tener que recargar su veh\u00edculo en un polideportivo o en el ayuntamiento ya que da\u00f1a la \u201cexperiencia del turista\u201d.<\/p>\n En definitiva, estamos hablando de la pescadilla que se muerde la cola. No hay coches el\u00e9ctricos, por lo que no hay puntos de recarga, por lo que no hay demanda de coches el\u00e9ctricos por lo que no hay coches el\u00e9ctricos. Un bucle, al fin y al cabo.<\/p>\n Pero de poco sirve hablar del problema sin hablar de la soluci\u00f3n. Sabemos que por cada 10 veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos tiene que haber un cargador (Directiva 94\/2014\/UE)<\/em> y que la distancia media recorrida es de 39 km<\/strong> por veh\u00edculo (Proyecto Zem2All)<\/em>. A estos datos hay que sumarles que la carga media es de 10kWh<\/strong> y el 25%<\/strong> de las necesidades energ\u00e9ticas se satisfacen fuera del domicilio (Proyecto Zem2All)<\/em>.<\/p>\n Entonces \u00bfqu\u00e9 requerimientos van a tener los 960 veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos que comentamos antes?<\/p>\n Cada veh\u00edculo consumir\u00e1 al a\u00f1o de media unos 2.847kWh<\/strong> (2.733.120 en total) mientras cada cargador suministrar\u00e1 7.118kWh<\/strong>. Los 96 cargadores exigidos por ley suministrar\u00edan 683.328kWh mientras que los que realmente hay (150 en todo el archipi\u00e9lago) suministran 1.067.00kWh (parece insuficiente, pero recordemos que solo el 25% de las recargas son en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica).<\/p>\n Por otro lado, una vez se instalen los 500 puntos de recarga<\/strong> que prepara \u201cLa Conseller\u00eda de Transici\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica y Sectores Productivos de Islas Baleares\u201d permitir\u00e1 aumentar la oferta de recarga en m\u00e1s de un 230%<\/strong>. Esto permitir\u00e1 solucionar de forma holgada las exigencias de recarga de los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos (de momento) pero el servicio de recargas fijas no es la \u00fanica soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n Un sistema de recargas<\/strong> \u201cin situ\u201d<\/em> con cargadores m\u00f3viles<\/strong> a disposici\u00f3n del usuario permitir\u00eda garantizar el suministro de energ\u00eda para los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos en cualquier lugar y situaci\u00f3n. Por supuesto, en FULL&FAST<\/strong> estamos en disposici\u00f3n de ofrecer a la movilidad sostenible gracias a una soluci\u00f3n 100% libre de emisiones que, de hecho, presenta un ahorro del 33%<\/strong> respecto a los grupos electr\u00f3genos.<\/p>\n En cuanto a las emisiones, debemos puntualizar que sustituir 960 veh\u00edculos de combusti\u00f3n interna por veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos supondr\u00e1 que haya 1.639 Toneladas de CO2 menos en el ambiente balear.<\/p>\n Por \u00faltimo, y para darle un motivo final al lector que aun no se f\u00eda del veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico nos queda comentar que un veh\u00edculo de gasolina emite 56 miligramos<\/strong> de \u00f3xido nitr\u00f3geno por km, mientras que un el\u00e9ctrico emite la fiable suma de 0 mg\/km. Adem\u00e1s, un veh\u00edculo de gasolina emite 1,6 miligramos<\/strong> de part\u00edculas en suspensi\u00f3n por km, mientras que el veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico imita su r\u00e9cord anterior con 0 mg\/km.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Y t\u00fa \u00bfCrees que hay otra soluci\u00f3n a la falta de accesibilidad de las recargas? \u00bfLas recargas p\u00fablicas podr\u00edan aplicarse en otras \u00e1reas a parte de la movilidad? \u00a1Os leemos!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n BALEARICS, LOADING POINTS AND URBAN MOBILITY<\/p>\n we’re surprised that it surprises us. The Climate Change and Energy Transition Act established a series of sustainable objectives for the Balearic Islands last April. These objectives, which include a penetration of renewable energies of up to 35%, are intended not only to contribute to the environment of the archipelago but also to make it sustainable over time.<\/p>\n This contribution to the environment must also be achieved (obviously) through the creation of a network of electrical mobility accessible to citizens. In other words, anyone on foot can have at their disposal either an electric vehicle (which does not produce greenhouse gases) or public transport or car pooling.<\/p>\n So far so good.<\/p>\n These measures also include car rental companies having at least 2% of their fleet made up of electric vehicles. This means that companies in the Balearic Islands have to purchase around 960 electric vehicles, which represents an investment of around 30 million euros.<\/p>\n The president of FENEVAL (Federaci\u00f3n Nacional Empresarial de Alquiler de Veh\u00edculos con y sin conductor), Juan Luis Barahona explains that they are fully prepared to comply with the law, but that, despite buying these vehicles, they doubt that customers will rent them because there are not enough recharging points.<\/p>\n The problem of the lack of recharge points is not only a problem in the Balearic Islands, but in all of Spain. It is estimated that there are around 2,900 public connectors throughout the country, of which only around 150 are in the Balearic Islands. This means that, despite the initiative of the public administration to promote the electric vehicle and the investment of the private company in distributing it, it is of little use if we take into account how little viable it is for the final consumer.<\/p>\n Faced with this problem, the Balearic government intends to have established 500 recharging points by the end of this year and even support the installation of these points privately. However, FENEVAL complains that not only must there be many more recharge points (which is a logical reasoning) but also the location of the same must be varied and strategic. This is because their average customer is not in the habit of having to recharge their vehicle at a sports centre or at the town hall as this damages the “tourist experience”.<\/p>\n In short, we are talking about the snake that bites its own tail. There are no electric cars, so there are no recharging points, so there is no demand for electric cars so there are no electric cars. A loop, after all.<\/p>\n But there’s little point in talking about the problem without talking about the solution. We know that for every 10 electric vehicles there has to be a charger (Directive 94\/2014\/EU) and that the average distance travelled is 39 km per vehicle (Zem2All Project). To these data we must add that the average charge is 10kWh and 25% of energy needs are met outside the home (Zem2All Project).<\/p>\n So, what are the requirements of the 960 electric vehicles we mentioned before?<\/p>\n Each vehicle will consume an average of 2,847kWh per year (2,733,120 in total) while each charger will supply 7,118kWh. The 96 chargers required by law would supply 683,328kWh while the ones that really exist (150 in the whole archipelago) supply 1,067.00kWh (it seems insufficient, but let’s remember that only 25% of the recharges are on the public roads).<\/p>\n On the other hand, once the 500 recharging points are installed, which are being prepared by the “Conseller\u00eda de Transici\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica y Sectores Productivos de Islas Baleares”, the supply of recharges will increase by more than 230%. This will allow to solve in a comfortable way the recharging demands of the electric vehicles (at the moment) but the service of fixed recharges is not the only solution.<\/p>\n A system of “on-site” recharging with mobile chargers available to the user would make it possible to guarantee the supply of energy for electric vehicles in any place or situation. Of course, at FULL&FAST we are able to offer sustainable mobility thanks to a 100% emission-free solution which, in fact, presents a saving of 33% compared to generators.<\/p>\n As far as emissions are concerned, we should point out that replacing 960 internal combustion vehicles with electric vehicles will mean that there will be 1,639 Tons of CO2 less in the Balearic environment.<\/p>\n Finally, and to give a final reason to the reader who still does not trust the electric vehicle, we must comment that a petrol vehicle emits 56 milligrams of nitrogen oxide per km, while an electric one emits the reliable sum of 0 mg\/km. Furthermore, a petrol vehicle emits 1.6 milligrams of suspended particles per km, while the electric vehicle imitates its previous record with 0 mg\/km.<\/p>\n Do you think there is another solution to the lack of accessibility of top-ups?
